INSURANCE CANCELLATION

For a worry-free holiday, when you make your booking you can take out cancellation or interruption insurance offered by the campsite in partnership with GRITCHEN AFFINITY, at a cost of 4% of the price of your stay including tax, whether on a camping pitch or in a rental accommodation. Our insurance partner GRITCHEN AFFINITY undertakes to reimburse all or part of the holiday (excluding administration costs and the amount of the insurance) to holidaymakers who have taken out ‘Campez Couvert’ cancellation insurance. This insurance, once paid in full, enables you to reimburse your booking deposit or all the sums paid in the event of an event preventing your departure, unused nights due to a late arrival or an early departure following an unforeseen event occurring during your stay.

Without this ‘Cancellation Guarantee’, no reimbursement will be made in the event of cancellation or interruption of your stay.

In the event of cancellation, notify the campsite as soon as possible by letter or email.

Whether you are booking a pitch or accommodation, the booking only becomes effective with our agreement, either after receipt of the deposit and after receipt of the duly completed and signed contract or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online. The reservation will be confirmed by mail or e-mail.
